What you need
- Gradually Premium
Record a payment
- In the group, tap a row under Who owes whom.
- Check the amount and tap Save.
This records a payment made outside Gradually. It doesn't send money.
See what one person owes
Tap their name under Members. Balances shows what they owe each person directly.
Export the group
- Tap the ••• button, then Export CSV.
- Tap Export CSV and choose where to save or send the file.
The file lists every expense and payment, each person's share and the balances, including members' names and emails.
Common questions
Can I record a partial payment?
Yes. Lower the amount before you tap Save.
Why does Who owes whom pair people who never shared an expense?
It shows the fewest payments that settle everyone. A member's page shows what they owe each person directly.
How do I undo a payment?
Swipe left on it under Activity and tap Delete.
Why can't I remove a member?
Gradually keeps anyone who paid for an expense or made a payment in the group.
